Webafrica
Translate an approved brand strategy into a practical, scalable CI system that delivers a single-minded identity that works across diverse contexts and audiences,
and equips teams with the tools to execute the brand at scale without compromise.
THE PROBLEM
The WebAfrica brand had an approved logo and basic identity, but lacked a cohesive, execution-ready CI system. The guidelines were inconsistent and not scalable, resulting in fragmented outputs across channels and no clear framework for applying the brand across different audiences, products or marketing environments. My role was to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, creating a unified system that could be consistently applied across all touchpoints.
THE SOLUTION
To address this, I led the development of WebAfrica’s newly approved brand strategy into a fully operational, enterprise-ready CI system, enabling scalable rollout across all marketing and sales channels.
• Led the development of the Brand Guidelines, establishing the core visual and verbal system (logo, typography, layout, imagery) to anchor a single, unified brand identity
• Rebuilt fragmented and inconsistent outputs into a cohesive design system, reducing ambiguity in execution and creating alignment across teams and touchpoints
• Defined a modular identity and messaging framework that unified Mid/Mass and Premium product tiers without fragmenting brand equity
• Created a scalable execution toolkit (social, paid media, retail, video), enabling rapid asset production and consistent rollout across channels
• Established tone-of-voice and messaging architecture, improving clarity and accessibility for diverse audience segments
THE OUTCOME
Elevated the brand from a static guideline to a live, operational system, unlocking consistent national rollout, improving production efficiency, and strengthening brand cohesion across a multi-product portfolio.
